We want your session to be as relaxing as possible. To ensure your utmost
satisfaction we have designed ways to make your visit run smoothly. Please
take a moment to familiarize yourself with our company policies and
procedures listed below.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so you can check in and
have a moment to speak to your skin care specialist.

Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to the
client arriving late end at the appointed time and are charged full
price.

First-time clients please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so
you can fill out an intake form, discuss your session and to answer any
questions you may have.

When purchasing a series of treatments at a discounted rate, payment is made
at the beginning of the series. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for a
portion of unused services.

We gladly accept all Visa & MasterCard, checks and cash.
~
Our skin care specialists stay current with information and techniques by
reading, receiving regular session (of the same services we provide) and
taking at least one workshop a year.

There is a $25 charge for returned checks.
~
Products are non refundable.
~
Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Cancellation
Policies
We understand that there may be times that you may have to cancel or
reschedule your appointment.

Please give 24-hour notice or you are charged for the appointment unless it
can be filled. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner's
discretion.

In the event you become sick, please call to reschedule your appointment .We
want to ensure that your session is an enjoyable experience.
~
There may be times that you arrive late for your appointment, however you
are still responsible to pay the full amount and will receive the remaining
time of your treatment. If in the event you do not arrive for your
appointment at all, your appointment will be charged the full amount. If you
made an appointment with a Gift Certificate and do not show up for your
appointment, that Gift Certificate will be forfeited.
This
is standard office policy and we cannot allow exceptions.
