Stairs in front of the entry door
Hi Jami,
I have a friend who’s stairs are right in front of her front door. There is no place to put a plant in between and her ceiling in her entry is very high, so there’s nowhere to decoratively place a crystal or windchime. Above her front door is a window so you can’t hang anything there either. Her stairs are carpeted so at least that will help slow down some of the energy rushing upstairs, but the stairs are very narrow so plants or other items can’t be placed on any of the steps. I was wondering what type of remedy you would suggest in this situation? I appreciate all of your help. Thank you very much. Carey G.

Hi Carey—
Hope you are well and wonderful!
From what “I see†from your description, I’d like to ask if either one of these options would work.
1. Can you hang a faceted crystal chandelier (or faceted glass) or a BIG crystal ball from that very high ceiling?
2. The stair obviously has a rail, yes? Can you put a faceted crystal ball at the bottom of the rail? On the market are beautiful crystal door knobs, can you drill a hole in the rail and put the knob in the rail? I have seen this done with a very big crystal and it is beautiful and effective.
