buying old home

hello,

we are buying a home in Santa clara, CA. Later we came to know that the previous original owner of 50 years died last year by natural cause. Is that a problem ???

Please help me

    So the owner lived a long and happy life? Sounds like the kind of predecessor chi I’d like. I would still do a clearing and make sure it has good flying stars and good personal directions for you.
