I joyfully share today’s wonderful success story with you! It is so auspicious to start the New Year this way.

May 2007 be a fulfilling year to share my love of Feng Shui and making a difference!

Dear (name withheld for privacy), 

I am so thrilled to hear from you!
I know I gave you “tough love.” I also knew that I’d either piss you off or shake you up to make a change (which was my sincerest intention).
 
I trusted my intuition and “let it rip” without editing my words. I was concerned I may have been a little too dramatic when sharing what your Feng Shui revealed.

Well, you gave us a lot of ‘food for thought’. I must admit that some of the information you gave us was hard to swallow at first. You brought to a head issues we were not dealing with. I am happy to report that after hours of ‘unloading’ and tears we are getting it together. We first made drastic changes in the bedroom. As you may recall, we had a cheap blue comforter and very blah curtains. We now have merlot and gold satin curtains and a beautiful comforter with the same colors and hints of green. And, no lines!!!
 
JL: I am so happy! Sometimes conditions appear to get worse before they are obviously better.
 
We may never sleep again, but that’s ok
 
JL: Why, because you are being “naughty?”
 
For the living room we found a rug we BOTH liked. We seem to be sticking with the deep burgundy, green, gold and hints of blue. We also bought a new couch, which is comfortable and inviting. Changed a few things in the kitchen area as well. We moved the kitchen table to the porch and put in a seating area as you suggested. We bought a pub table to go in the large space in the family room. We ended up with a square instead of the round we had been looking for. Also found a few interesting pieces of artwork to liven up the room.
We still have a ways to go, but feel that we are on the right track.

I am here for phase 2 when you are ready…

I’d love to help you with paint colors (which make a huge difference) now that you seem to have some great things I can work with!
