The video simplified FS using the front door to orient the Bagua. This practice is according to Professor Lin Yun (who I respect and revere). This system is also called the 3 gate method. But the more I studied compass school with its foundation in earth magnetics and how all the energies align to compass direction, the more I shifted my practice and the more effective FS became. Yes, please use compass direction – the system that is as old as Mother Earth and the FS system that has been practiced for over 5000 years.  I use the Life aspirations according to compass direction as the icing on the cake for "accessorizing for your desires."
