confused

Hi. I would like to ask how do i find the right location if i need to put an object on the northwest part of my house. Should i use a bagua wherein i should place it on top of the house plan or should i stand in the center of our house and use a compass to find the northwest location.

    It won’t matter where you stand to get an accurate compass reading assuming you aren’t standing next to any mental objects which would alter the reading
