I love being helpful for people as they grow their knowledge. I devote my life to it. I created over 500 free and rich content pages on my site for the taking and I make myself available on my blog.  

And should keep my mouth shut!

While I am always happy to answer questions that serve everyone, specific “consultation questions,” that start with Help! make me cranky. (How can anyone need desperate Help! placing their fountain or barbeque? Agreed, this placement is important as I have seen relationships break up over bad locations of these items) The middle contains, detailed “all about me” questions, and ends without a thank you.

In my good conscience and integrity to have the FS help and compared to hurt (as it can without proper evaluation), there is no consideration for the time required to make that specific of an assessment or the depth of information needed (which is usually not included in the question).  

Why do specific answers like these have more value than the time and knowledge to provide it? Why won’t people respect the value of the information (and my time: how I make my living) and book a 15-minute phone/Skype consultation?
