≡ Success Direction for Wood Rabbit in 2007

Hi Everyone,
I hope someone can shed some light. Normally, i would just follow the standard auspicious directions as calculated but apparently 2007 has some caveats.

≡ Multi level home

Hello all!  This is my first class in Feng Shui.  I found my house plans and would like to ask if the Bagua is used on each level of the house?
When using the compass are you using a true North or the magnetic North?
