ColorAlchemy is a user-friendly and beautifully illustrated guide to empower one's mind with the colors experienced in every moment. It is a different self-help and color therapy book because it is, simply, effective.”
“ColorAlchemy benefits and the human response to color are as scientifically dependable as a rainbow forming every time light passes through a prism or after a summer rain . . . and that’s just the beginning of ColorAlchemy reliability,” affirms author Jami Lin.
“I’ve got real-life success stories of how ColorAlchemy help salespeople make the sale, how colors assist corporate branding, how health care professions use color to aid physical and mental healing, how Alzheimer patients use color to remember things, and most importantly, how ColorAlchemy helps everyday people feel better about themselves and be happier.
The unlimited supply of color surrounds every moment – every instant. As far as the how the other six colors instantaneously increase physical, emotional, and spiritual potential, I am happy to share the secrets in one colorful breath, now that’s the easy, self-transformational winner! It costs nothing and everyone benefits!”
Ipods to washing machines, color makes people feel better in challenging times.
ColorAlchemy, Jami Lin's new award-winning book, reveals the colorful secrets why Apple, Target and Madison Avenue are using brighter colors in all their products and marketing campaigns. According to General Motors, AOLFinance and CNN, “Color makes people feel better." Proclaims trend specialist Tom Julian, “Color acts as therapy.” As the ancient Egyptians and Sir Isaac Newton understood, and as modern-day quantum physics affirm: "color" is not a short-term fad.
Colors and their inspirational feel-good qualities are both magical and consistent. As color comes from light, it holds profound power because it is the source of life. Author Lin says, “Every moment becomes positive when you understand a color’s life-enhancing qualities.” ColorAlchemy explains how everything is color-coded, and how this infinite resource enriches both brain and body, as well as spirit.
By linking each of the seven rainbow colors with a day of the week--or, Daily-Color Triumphs, as Lin calls them--one can promote personal growth and maximize life potential. “Instant and long-term benefits increase every time you work with ColorAlchemy," says Lin. "By paying attention to how you feel about each color, you will discover your individual color weakness and how it is expressed through non-supportive behavioral patterns.

Color Therapy in Decorating by Candice Russell
HOLISTIC HOME (December 2008 Holistic Health Magazine: December 2008)
In her new award-winning book "ColorAlchemy," best-selling author Jami Lin dissects the subject of color from the aspects of science, emotion, human physicality, and attributes. This feng shui master has thirty years experience decorating homes and offices for maximum mental, physical, and spiritual effect. Color is another vital element in the work she does, helping clients around the world derive benefit from the spaces in which they live and work. Lin' recognizes that color can help people remove blockages and limitations, leading to a more enriched existence.
Lin explains that the seven basic colors scientifically correspond to the colors of the rainbow. Each color has certain properties. Use red to ensure greater physical strength and happiness. Orange activates pleasure, sensuality and desirability as well as body appreciation. Yellow correlates with greater personal power and commitment for professional success. Green is associated with increased joy and trust for heart-filled relationships.
The other colors include blue for improved mental clarity and better communication, indigo for awakening intuition, and violet for a deeper connection to cosmic intelligence, spiritual love and bliss. "I did tons of research for my book," says Lin. "Sir Isaac Newton saw that light as seen through a prism produces seven colors, which are the colors of the rainbow. A rainbow is a metaphor for 'ColorAlchemy' and explains its consistent reliability. If light sustains everything that exists, and color is the component of light, then color also maintains and nurtures all life. Quantum science defines "the God particle" as the glue that holds molecular structure together. White light is also a metaphor for The Creator in most spiritual traditions. Thus, color is the essence of life. By using color as an active tool like an awareness or medicine, you can enhance your life."
To make the colors and their attributes easy to remember, Lin connects each day to a different color. Red is Monday, orange is Tuesday, yellow is Wednesday, and green is Thursday. The others are blue for Friday, indigo for Saturday and violet for Sunday. "Wear the color of the day so by the end of each week, you're in balance," says Lin.
Favorite and non-favorite colors, both in home and office decorating as well as clothing speak volumes. "They provide clues into your personality and persona and help identify holistic weakness," says Lin. "We are in balance when our mind, body, and spirit colors symbolically combine into the perfection of white light. My least favorite color is orange. Orange is about sensuality, creativity, joy and spontaneity. I think of myself as kind of sensual and super-creative. Through observing my relationship with orange, I recognized that I'm weaker in spontaneity and sometimes forget that happiness is an inside job."
To compensate for what she may lack, Lin has a computer screen saver that is orange to encourage being more joyful. "Actively absorbing the attributes of orange reminds me to balance work and play," she says. "Consciously, I ask myself, do I need to stop working and smell the roses? Through this easy association and awareness, balance becomes unconscious and automatic. To absorb more of the color in which you are lacking, you can wear more of the color too."
Color came into her life naturally. "I have been interested in color since I was crawling under my mother's easel," says Lin. "My mother was a painter and illustrator. I was brought up very artfully. I got my bachelors from the school of architecture at the University of Florida and practiced corporate and residential interior design for years. I like to think of color as my trademark. I love color and how it influences all aspects of our lives. I love how painting a wall, which is one of my favorite feng shui and ColorAlchemy enhancers, instantly transforms the feeling of any room. I have a very special knack for creating life-enhancing color schemes that are also beautiful."
"ColorAlchemy is so easy, determine what attributes from colors you want or need and incorporate more of them in your life," she says.
How would Lin encourage someone to jump into a pool of color? "Color is the essence of all life," says Lin, who adds that people are holistically, more complete when they integrate color in their lives. I encourage people to look at color through the eyes of Dorothy in the movie 'The Wizard of Oz.' Look at all she learns about herself through entering the colorful realm of Oz. She discovers that having a colorful life is a metaphor for love, family and relationships. Dorothy learns that she's the creator of her own destiny and that anything can be achieved."
Overcome Holiday Blues – Use Green: Color Therapy
Great gift ideas without breaking the bank.
Spend less green (money) and use the color green to reduce holiday stress.
Is your holiday cheer distressed by money concerns? Wear green, the color of love, to enhance peace within yourself and encourage patience with others. According to ColorAlchemy, to prevent getting red-hot and bothered over shopping anxieties, decorate for the holidays with green candles, table cloths, and ornaments to support harmony with family and friends. Feature green accent pillows and other emerald accessories to help keep that peaceful feeling throughout the year.
Color influences everybody's emotions. Madison Avenue marketing millionaires command its power, as do Hollywood film makers, interior designers, and every artist under the sun. Color affects everything you think, do, and say.
Did you ever wonder why you feel so good spending time with nature? Green is nature's color, the color of living things. Its balance of warm and cool is easy on the eye and distinguishes it as "the color of love and compassion."
Eliminate stress and expense anxiety by gifting loved ones with handmade, live or silk evergreen wreaths (circles are symbols of togetherness and longevity). Instead of traditional red accents, which may cause impatience, use blue (green’s partner) for more natural inspiration. Just like the color of a crisp, springtime sky, add blue silk flowers, bows, or ornaments for more tranquility.
Spend fewer greenbacks by personalizing handmade gifts with the feel-good aspects of color for everyone on your list. Make custom, colored gifts with specific loved ones in mind.
Think ecology and green energy when creating your gifts to be responsible for the environment at the same time. Do you have any garage-sale treasures that you collected to re-color and re-new? (With a five-dollar investment, a little bronze paint, and tapered-green candles, I converted a rusty candelabra into a one-of a-kind beauty.) Have fun exploring dollar stores, bazaars, and flea markets as colored gems are eager for discovery.
All colors have special life-enhancing benefits. Consider these ideas to get started:
- Red/Excites and energizes: Fill a red container with cookies to sweeten the most seasoned sourpuss.
- Orange/Inspires play and spontaneity: Make a small, whimsical orange-flower arrangement to brighten a work-aholic’s desk.
- Yellow/commands confidence: Bead a yellow bracelet with special charms for timid children, friends, or co-workers.
- Green/lovingly nurtures: Present an IOU with the gift of quality time. Show up with a picnic basket and head off to sit beneath a wise, old tree.
- Blue/clears the mind and is thought provoking: Gift your favorite water and sky picture (that you took yourself) in a frame.
- Indigo/inspires insight: Make a gift card for an evening walk in the country to count shooting stars.
- Violet/quiets and deepens inner peace: Sew an eye pillow in luxurious purple fabric filled with dried lavender.
Need more help delivering thoughtful gifts without breaking the bank? Wear blue to have clear ideas or orange to have fun in your creative process.
Get everyone involved in a colorful, stressless season. Have a gift-making party. One man’s junk is another man’s treasure holds the ultimate creative opportunity for holiday festivity. Ask friends and family to bring recyclable objects and their colorful ideas to share, re-create, and re-gift to each other. It is impossible to be stressed when thinking loving thoughts or being surrounded by the people you love.

People are staying home and enjoying inexpensive renovations. Improve health, deepen relationships, and expand wealth at the same time. People are making inexpensive renovations to enjoy being at home. With no additional investment, why not improve health, deepen relationships, and expand wealth at the same time?
Feng Shui is modeled after nature and with eight compass directions and thousands of home designs, there are no simple decorating guidelines until now. Because real Feng Shui is not a one-size-fits-all, Jami Lin, a 30-year interior design veteran with more than 20 years of Feng Shui mastery creates customized do-it-yourself, home-enriching solutions.
Personal Success Maps, as the name suggests, include essential and customized information with at-a-glance charts. Years of experience, step-by-step guidance, and sophisticated-web technology are combined to simplify the most effective Feng Shui Interior Design to make them accessible.
Automated on Feng-Shui-Interior-Design.com, Personal Success Maps are specifically calculated with the direction a property faces, occupant’s birthday, and move-in date. (For move-in dates between 1984 and 2048, there are more than two-thousand maps. Only one is specific for each home for maximizing life-enhancing results.)
About.com recognizes “Feng-Shui-Interior-Design’s, Personal Success Map is a must have” with 4-1/2 (out of 5) stars. "At its way-too-cheap price, Jami Lin's advice is simple to use and will not cost you hundreds of dollars and hours decorating your home for positive results. It’s an excellent tool to achieve your Feng Shui goals!”
According to About.com’s Feng Shui expert, the “Personal Success Map provides your best directions, worst directions, and the influence of each room. Lin did not stop there, she includes excellent solutions and enhancements for all scenarios.”
Jami Lin describes, “Every person has natal talents and shortcomings as does every home. A good singer with clumsy feet can improve both voice and grace. Every room has both favorable and unfavorable aspects that can be enhanced with little or no cost.”
Depending on the specific natal Feng Shui energies identified in Personal Success Maps, good areas for bedrooms have good health and loving attributes instead of those with arguing and bickering characteristics. Both conditions are easily improved. Painting a room a specific color will inexpensively deepen a relationship. Moving the bed to another wall is priceless.
Profit-producing home offices have success and wealth attributes instead of loss and misfortune energies. Without spending a penny, it is easy to position the desk to support a favorable direction. Placing a favorite accessory with a professional-specific symbol (lawyer: scale of justice, writer: beautiful pen set) where it is easily seen will nourish greater wealth opportunities too.
Feng Shui is always evolving just like life and nature. Yearly Success Maps recommend where to move a few, select accessories bases upon the influence of the ever-changing seasons. Personal Success Maps provide intuitive solutions. As another example, simply evaluate how the kitchen and dining areas are decorated for improving health.
People selling their house, following the guidance may help with a quick sale too.
Need private help, with Jami Lin’s years of experience, she provides decorative consultation for people world-wide by overlaying the same do-it-yourself Personal Success Map on top of their floor plans and looking at their photographs. JamiLin.com/Skin offers complimentary youth-enhancing, color therapy facials to look younger and feel better. Rejuvenating skin care also enhances mental, physical and spiritual health. Learning the attributes of color identifies life needs and desires. With these time-tested attributes, do-it-yourself massage and skin care treatments can utilize color therapy to enhance benefit to the skin as well as to the psyche.
On recent CNN television interview, Jami Lin, award-winning author of ColorAlchemy and licensed skin-care specialist, says, “Color aids in providing the feel-good spa experience at home.” “Using colored light around the room and on the skin with your crèmes and acupressure, stimulates the energy channels in the body (know as meridians in Chinese medicine) to enhance heart, lung, kidney, liver and stomach function while enhancing skin tone and texture.”
Skin-care processionals prepare for appointments with clients, when interviewing a patient, therapists can ask them questions that identify the areas in their lives where they find themselves struggling and do-it-yourself-ers can do the same. Evaluate the attributes of the seven-spectral colors and how they identify imbalances will help determine which colors to use. Or rely on intuition by choosing a card from a face-down deck of rainbow cards such as Jami Lin’s Triumph Oracle.
Chose red, color therapy for help with physical stamina, vitality, and strength. Orange is beneficial for those looking to achieve a better body image, and thus heighten sensuality and desirability. Those seeking greater personal power, confidence, and success benefit from yellow. Green aids those looking for more love and trust in their lives. Blue provides a sense of peace and improves communication. Indigo awakens inner intuition. Violet awakens spiritual love, cosmic intelligence, and divine bliss.
“Certain colors improve skin conditions,” according to Lin. “Green helps reduce wrinkles.” “Blue, turquoise, and indigo can counteract red, inflamed skin, such as is found in rosacea”. “Red stimulates circulation, collagen, and elastin.” “Yellow improves discoloration.” “Blue, turquoise, and violet can also help clear acne and control other bacteria on the facial skin.”
Observing personalized color needs can determine which color is required during treatment. Apply the appropriate colored light during do-it-yourself facials. According to Jami Lin, “Many skin-care professionals apply ColorAlchemy to their facials by using LED light treatments in all of the seven spectral colors. Use masks, toners, and other products that are of a certain color, or stored in a certain color bottle to further enhance the color benefits.
Be aware of existing skin conditions that could be accelerated with color therapy. If needing red therapy to boost stamina and vitality, but have red skin or rosacea tendency, red shouldn’t be applied. Instead, go for the second best color, which would be orange in this example.
If using a skin-care professional who uses color therapy, the techniques allow for a greater connection between the client and practitioner. This connection allows for a spiritual energy exchange between the two, benefiting both.

Mental Health Professionals Help Patients With Using Color Therapy
Mental health professionals use color to inspire positive change, everybody can!
Almost everyone has some mental health concern that could be benefited by some simple technique. Some feel depressed, others may feel out of control, and some would just like their lives improved. In addition to their traditional therapies, mental health professionals and simple self-help techniques use the power of color therapy to help their patients achieve mental clarity and balance.
In her award-winning new book, ColorAlchemy, author Jami Lin says, "With proper light absorption and ColorAlchemy's color consciousness (positive mind energy), anyone can conquer mind over matter, heal mind and body, and soulfully, appreciate the simple joys of life."
Part of the therapy process is talking. When interviewing a patient, therapists can ask them questions that identify the areas in their lives where they find themselves struggling. Then, therapists can apply the appropriate color therapy to amplify the traits upon which the patient requires focus and absorption.
Each color of the rainbow has associated with it various traits. People struggling with their mental health are often lacking in one or more of these areas. By focusing daily on the needed color, and implementing color therapy into daily routines, the patient can overcome his obstacles and lead a happier life.
"The mind is the key to connecting the beneficial influence of color to the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of yourself," says Jami Lin. People who need extra courage, stamina, and strength to get through a situation should focus on red. Those craving greater happiness, creativity, pleasure, and intimacy in relationships should focus on orange. Greater ambition, personal power, drive, and commitment benefit from yellow. Green helps people with forgiveness, compassion, trust, love, and balance. Blue provides greater focus and clarity, leading to better communication and decision-making. Indigo puts one in tune with inner psychic powers and intuition. Violet brings about a greater sense of peace and inspirational bliss.
Summon the power of the colors by meditating on the needed color for two minutes daily, taking color breaths. Breathe in deeply, and exhale, while focusing on the given color.
Incorporate the color into daily routines via water bottles, cell phone backgrounds, computer screen savers, breakfast dishes, coffee cups, and clothing.
Mental health professionals can even purposefully and subtlety arrange the colors in their office depending on the needed color therapy for each patient. It is easy to change a few colored pillows or provide a patient with the appropriate colored water glass.
Patients should also keep a regular journal, outlining the day's events and associated feelings. They can analyze their thoughts to see how positive they were throughout the day and on which areas they need to focus. Then, they can call upon the needed color, and start fresh the next day.

Eliminate the blues with color therapy
People are said to have the blues when depressed. Use color to chase away the blues and to instill happiness.
People who have a tendency toward depression can make themselves feel better by tuning into their natural color instincts. The color traits explored in Jami Lin’s ColorAlchemy can instantly create positive feelings and lead to better emotional health.
In a recent CNN article, trend specialist Tom Julian says, “Colors act as therapy.” Award-winning author Jami Lin adds, “There are no side effects, contraindications, or detox as with much modern medicine.” Utilizing color can be a beneficial solution or an adjunct to any therapy for anyone who is depressed.
Happiness can come about simply by visualizing a favorite color. This can be accomplished at any time of day. Simply closing the eyes while taking a deep, long, relaxing breath and simultaneously visualizing the favorite color provides stress-free relaxation.
Taking “color breaths” is easily performed to pause for a moment of calm. These moments can occur when waiting in line, being stuck in a traffic jam, on hold on the phone, when brushing teeth, etc. These moments can occur when waiting in line, being stuck in a traffic jam, on hold on the phone, when brushing teeth, or any time serenity is needed.
People suffering from depression often have difficulty with routines and memory. Part of the beneficial color therapy is attributing a color to each day of the week, following the natural order of the rainbow. Monday is red. Tuesday is orange. Wednesday is yellow. Thursday is green. Friday is blue. Saturday is indigo. Sunday is violet. When scheduling events, they should be written in or outlined in the color of the day for memory association and therapeutic support..
The colors also have certain traits that benefit the person suffering from depression. Red can provide the stamina needed to simply get out of bed and face the day. Orange allows for deeper body appreciation to boost one’s self-esteem. Yellow strengthens personal power and boosts confidence. Green increases joy and trust for loving relationships, upon which the depressed individual can depend. Blue can allow for clearer communication and decisiveness, as the depressed individual often has difficulty making decisions. Indigo enlightens inner intuition, with which the depressed person has often lost touch. Finally, violet can awaken the spirit, providing a deeper sense of inner peace.
“Tap into the color traits by focusing on the daily-color triumph,” as Lin suggests. Visualize the needed color by taking color breaths. Dress in the color of the day or the color that will provide the maximum benefits for what the day has in store. Change the background of the cell phone or computer screen saver. Carry a colored handkerchief. The possibilities are as endless as color itself. Happiness is just a colored step away.

Drug-free, color therapy to assist memory function including Alzheimer’s patients
Improve memory function, ranging from daily functioning to Alzheimer’s and dementia, can benefit from using ColorAlchemy.
Today’s hectic lifestyle leads people to overstress, which can cause forgetfulness. Alzheimer’s disease and dementia are on the rise. Many drugs are available to help memory function, but people are searching for alternative therapies to supplement or replace medications. Enter ColorAlchemy, a color, mental therapy program that can be used to improve upon memory function and reduce forgetfulness.
Jami Lin, award-winning author says, “There are no side effects, contraindications, or detox as much with much modern medicine. The time-tested healing benefit stems from our primal relationship with color, which is as old as light itself.”
Dr. David Swindle, LMFT, with more than thirty years Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist confirms, “the power of color and its personal attraction to them provides valuable information for making psychological corrections and bringing about positive and permanent behavioral change.”
A beneficial aspect of the program is that each day is assigned its own color. Color order follows the natural order of the rainbow, making it intrinsically recognizable and intuitive to apply. The week begins on Monday, with red. It is followed by orange on Tuesday, yellow on Wednesday, green on Thursday, blue on Friday, indigo on Saturday, and violet on Sunday.
Those wishing to improve memory function need only to focus on each day’s color. On Mondays, wear red clothing. Put all appointments and reminders for the day on the calendar in red pen, or outline the day in red. Intersperse the day’s meals with red foods which increase vitality too Repeat the process each day, following the designated color of the day.
“Possibilities for tying in color for each day are endless, say Lin, “One of my clients has a mother suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and we use ColorAlchemy.”. One method used to remind Mom to eat lunch every day is to put a napkin of the daily color next to the prepared lunch. Even though Mom doesn’t necessarily know what day of the week it is, or if she has even eaten lunch, she recognizes the new color, and remembers to eat.
Jami Lin even uses this technique to remember to take her daily vitamins! Do this by having little colored boxes for each day’s vitamins, supplements, and medications.
Using color consistently is great for memory function.” Try to schedule certain types of appointments for a specific day of the week, to associate them with the daily color. For example, all dentist appointments should be scheduled on Wednesday, so that the dentist can become associated with yellow. (And for those who fear the dentist, yellow also is a confidence-building color, to reduce the fear of going!) Take exercise classes on Mondays. (Red also encourages physical stamina, which you will need in the classes!)
Maximize a student’s potential by incorporating color when back-to-school shopping.
Maximize a student’s potential by using ColorAlchemy when shopping for back-to-school supplies.
Parents can help their child be successful in school by using ColorAlchemy when shopping for back-to-school supplies. Paying attention to colors when choosing notebooks, folders, pens, and even clothes can maximize a student’s potential.
According to award-wining author, Jami Lin, discussing her new ColorAlchemy book, “every day of the week has the attributes of a different color that follow the momentum of the school (and work) week along with the color progression of a rainbow.” The Daily-Color Triumphs, as Lin calls them, “help fulfill everyday needs and by the end of the week, combine to complete all the basics of human desire: vitality, creativity, confidence, love, focus, intuition, and peace. Color and children have an instinctive relationship – more adults could play with their inner colors too. ”
Monday’s color is red. “Red enhances physical stamina and strength.” Purchase a red folder to hold all assignments that are due on Mondays. Use a red lunchbox to revive tired bodies for the second half of the day. Use a red pen to take notes during those long afternoon classes.
Tuesday’s color is orange. “Orange heightens body appreciation and creativity.” Purchase an orange folder for all assignments that are due on Tuesday. Look for an orange notebook for creative writing and art sketching. When researching for a creative science project, use an orange highlighter. An orange backpack can also be a good motivator for children who seem lazy or depressed.
Wednesday’s color is yellow. “Yellow allows for greater self-confidence and personal power.” Use a yellow folder for assignments that are due on Wednesdays. Cover books for challenging classes in a yellow book cover. Use a yellow highlighter when studying for upcoming exams. Have yellow pencils available for test-taking purposes.
Thursday’s color is green. “Green increases joy and trust for deeper relationships.” Use a green folder to remind of assignments due on Thursday. Green notebooks can be used in favorite classes. Green book covers can be used for those classes for mutual teacher-student connection.
Friday’s color is blue. “Blue improves mental clarity for clearer communication and decisiveness.” Use a blue folder for assignments due on Fridays. A blue notebook can be used for parent-teacher-student communication. Blue backpacks can be good calming tools for children who have higher energy levels.
Saturday’s color is indigo. “Indigo awakens inner intuition and intelligence.” Weekend homework can go into an indigo or violet folder. Students can reflect upon this color to process what they have learned during the week.
Sunday’s color is violet. “Violet brings a deeper connection to spiritual love and bliss.” A violet folder or notebook can be used to hold correspondence to friends. Children who tend to be more rebellious or are loners should be surrounded in violet.
Parents can focus on the color of the day to facilitate scheduling of homework and special events. Children are naturally drawn to color and they will understand it.
Other school tools can be used that allow the child to call upon a certain color trait when needed. The plastic casing of the child’s cell phone can be changed. K-12 and higher, teachers using color to inspire a successful school year
Teachers preparing to go back to school can apply the principles of ColorAlchemy to assist in setting up the classroom to stimulate learning and grooming the children of tomorrow.
Teachers are able to harness the power of the rainbow, with the same science that they teach in class, to create a more successful school year. ColorAlchemy can be used in classroom decor and for scheduling, along with easing parent, teacher, and student communications.
According to award-wining author, Jami Lin, discussing her new ColorAlchemy book, “every day of the week has the attributes of a different color the follow the momentum of the school (and work) week along with the color progression of a rainbow.” The Daily-Color Triumphs, as Lin calls them, “help fulfill everyday needs and by the end of the week, combine to complete all the basics of human desire: vitality, creativity, confidence, love, focus, intuition, and peace. Color and children have an instinctive relationship – more adults could play with their inner colors too. ”
Monday’s color is red. Red enhances physical stamina and strength. Assignments and activities for Mondays should be indicated in red. Teachers can use red decorations for those times when children seem to be their most sluggish, such as after lunch.
Tuesday’s color is orange. Orange heightens body appreciation and creativity. Assignments and activities for Tuesdays should be indicated in orange. Creative assignments should be posted on orange posterboard. Teachers can decorate the classroom with orange during science fair projects or art class. Orange is also a great inspiring children who are lazy or depressed.
Wednesday’s color is yellow. Yellow allows for greater self-confidence and personal power. Assignments and special events for Wednesday should be indicated in yellow. The teacher can decorate the room in yellow when it is time for taking exams, tests, or giving oral presentations. She could put a yellow strip of paper across each child’s desk for extra inspiration.
Thursday’s color is green. Green increases joy and trust for deeper relationships. Assignments and special events for Thursdays can be posted in green. As green is the compassion color, it would be a good choice when communicating with parents, who need to realize they are on the same side as the teacher.
Friday’s color is blue. Blue improves mental clarity for clearer communication and decisiveness. Assignments and special events for Fridays can be posted in blue. Decorating the room in blue on Fridays will help calm the children who are excited about the upcoming weekend. Classroom meetings often occur on Friday to make plans for the upcoming week, perfect for the thoughtful color.
Saturday’s color is indigo. Indigo awakens inner intuition and intelligence. Weekend homework assignments can be posted in indigo or violet. Teachers should take advantage of indigo to reflect on what they have observed in their classroom this week and what changes need to be made in the future.
Sunday’s color is violet. Violet brings a deeper connection to spiritual love and bliss. The teacher should use violet to rejuvenate herself on the weekends so that she can be the best educator possible to her students. In the classroom, violet can be used to help the more rebellious kids or the loners.
Teachers can focus on the color of the day to facilitate the scheduling of homework and special events. The students will naturally be drawn to it, as color speaks to children, as it does to everyone.
It is easy to apply colors in the classroom with the paper used, changing a wall hanging or tablecloth at the teacher desk, and allows the teacher to call upon the color traits as needed. She can also apply the needed colors through her clothing choices each day.
The teacher can also instruct her students in the meanings of each color, thus empowering them to call upon the color traits when required. Prior to the start of each lesson, a couple of minutes could be used to focus on the color, drawing color breaths, to harness the power. Simple, fast, and effective.

Children create personal success with back-to-school style
Children can promote personal success and reduce stress by focusing back-to-school style on specific colors. Incorporating them is as simple as opening a box of crayons.
Children can surround themselves in specific colors to facilitate the process of returning to school, and simultaneously be more successful. Each color has a specific trait that can benefit the child at school. Colors are easily integrated into the child’s personal style to help her focus on the color and to bring about its benefits.
In recent CNN & AOL articles, Carla Pihowich, brand manager with Memorex, said, “Color is a way to enhance personal style.” As Jami Lin, author of award-winning ColorAlchemy book says, “Why not use color to style your personality?” Children can use the strengths of each color, as they incorporate them into their daily routine, to enhance their personal style and personality.
“And all kids love color!”
Red enhances physical stamina and strength. Orange heightens body appreciation and creativity. Yellow allows for greater self-confidence and personal power. Green increases joy and trust for deeper relationships. Blue improves mental clarity for clearer communication and decisiveness. Indigo awakens inner intuition and intelligence. Violet brings a deeper connection to spiritual love and bliss.
There are unlimited benefits when a child creates a colorful life:
- Wearing and thinking of red allows the child an extra charge when in P.E. class or participating in any sports. It can also help him wake up after lunch.
- Orange will allow the child’s creative juices to flow as she works on science and art projects. It can also enhance her self-image, making her feel more comfortable in her own skin.
- Yellow provides the confidence needed for cultivating those new back-to-school friendships and relationships. It can also provide the mind with confidence with tests and exams.
- Green, which is the color of compassion will facilitate kindness to teachers and fellow students.
Blue can be helpful for developing study habits and focus, while also expanding the child’s mind.
- Indigo allows for enhanced intuition about the world all around. Absorbing information while observing the environment enhances any book learning at school.
- Violet allows for an ability to establish those deep bonds found only in friendships that last a lifetime.
Children can easily incorporate these color traits into their back-to-school style, either by focusing in the color of the day, drawing on the color’s attributes that they require in the moment.
Colors can be used as subtle reminders to focus on their energy, such as in a ring, bracelet, or hair tie. Children requiring a more vivid reminder can use stronger splashes of color, in shirts, socks, or scarves.
School tools can also be integrated to reflect personally supportive) colors. Backgrounds on cell phones or computer screens can be changed to reflect the color of the day, or the task needing to be accomplished at that moment.
For difficult classes, protect the books with yellow book covers, and use a yellow highlighter when reviewing notes. For those creative classes, focus on using orange or green. Change the pen color based on the needed color for that assignment.

Eliminate back-to-school stress with color
Parents get just as stressed about back-to-school as their children. Using the principles of ColorAlchemy, they can enjoy the process and be proud.
Every color of the rainbow possesses certain traits that emotionally benefit a person in some way. Focusing on these colors each day can help parents be more relaxed during the stressful back-to-school season while being more beneficial to their children.
Jami Lin, award-winning author of her new ColorAlchemy book says, “from ancient healing therapies to the quantum understanding that color is the essence of life, merely thinking about color creates a positive experience…like catching a glimpse of a rainbow.”
Red enhances physical stamina and strength. Parents can use red to provide the extra stamina they need to keep up with their children’s demands and crazy schedules.
Orange heightens body appreciation and creativity. Parents can use orange to be more creative when working on science and art projects with their children.
Yellow allows for greater self-confidence and personal power. Yellow brings about confident parenting, which leads to self-reliant kids. Kids’ confidence is important, especially when taking on school challenges.
Green increases joy and trust for deeper relationships. Green reinforces the love parents feel for their family. It also reminds them of the joys of spending time in nature. Studies show that spending time in nature allows brings about greater mental focus. The compassionate nature of green also allows for better communication between home and school.
Blue improves mental clarity for clearer communication and decisiveness. Blue will soothe the parents’ frayed nerves, allow for calm control in tense situations. Relaxed parents can better calm children anxious about going back to school.
Indigo awakens inner intuition and intelligence. Indigo will allow for the confident use of intuition when applying expert advice to child rearing, especially in helping with homework and social situations.
Violet brings a deeper connection to spiritual love and bliss. Violet reminds parents that they are not alone in this venture. It will allow them to connect with teachers and school to help their children evolve.
Parents can easily incorporate the seven basic colors and traits into their back-to-school routines, either by focusing on the color of the day, or by drawing on the color‘s attributes that they require in the moment.
Use a specific color with the breakfast dishes, napkins, placemats, or tablecloths. Think of healthy foods that reflect those colors, and feed them to the family throughout the day.
Parents can also benefit by wearing a certain color on a given day or in preparation for a given situation. The needed color can be displayed in clothing or accessories. It can be a handkerchief tucked into a sleeve or a pocket. It is so easy to display a poster on the refrigerator or on the back of the door as motivation for everyone to see on their way out of the house in the morning.
When faced with a stressful situation, it is easy for a parent to shift into calm. They just need to take deep breaths, focusing on the particular color they require to release the stress and shift their attitudes.

Create a successful business and brand by implementing the right colors
ColorAlchemy helps businesses achieve greater intrinsic value to manifest financial worth.
In today’s economy, businesses are striving to stay ahead of the game, to gain the corporate edge, and to make them stand out from the crowd. Color can go a long way in motivating a business team and building strong brand recognition.
Marshal Cohen, chief analyst with the market research firm NPD Group, says, “Companies realize that using color is a way to add incentive.” “Harness the incentive by using ColorAlchemy in every aspect of the business world.”
When faced with looming deadlines and huge projects worth a lot of money, employers will want to utilize the power of red. Red helps employees to adopt the, go-out-and-get-them attitude required to make the business grow. It helps them to roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a timely, yet productive fashion. Outline job proposals and lists of potential clients in red as inspiration.
Orange is the color of creativity. Surround the board room with orange when having brainstorming sessions about projects to be completed and business expansion ideas.
“Self-confidence and the, yellow, yes-we-can attitude is paramount to a successful business.” When having meetings to rally excitement and to share how wonderful everyone is, surround the area in yellow. Post quotes of success in conspicuous places, on a yellow background. Yellow is the color that allows for confidence and commitment, as well as a sense of personal power.
“An important facet of the business world that is often overshadowed is a sense of compassion.” Reinforce those professional business relationships and a sense of, you-scratch-my-back, and I’ll- scratch-yours, by implementing the power of green. Submit letters to other professionals on a green-printed letterhead or sign documents with a green pen.
“Remind employees of the company’s mission statement by printing it in blue ink Blue generates clear direction and purpose.” Use blue to send out memos to ensure clearer communication. Use blue in the break room to relieve employee stress.
Indigo expands inner intuition, upon which many successful businesses rely. When faced with important decisions, take a moment to close eyes and visualize the color indigo, to engage that gut feeling.
Violet can inspire organizational connectivity and the personal satisfaction of employees. Take time to address each employee’s successes and positive attributes, using the color violet.
Call upon the color traits whenever they are required. “Use color to maximize the potential of the business and to harness the power of a cohesive staff.”
Color can also be used to schedule meetings and due dates. Post a calendar with important dates written in the color of the day. The days of the week follow the natural rainbow and the momentum of the work week: Monday is red, Tuesday is orange, Wednesday is yellow, etc.

New PR-PRomoPRo.com website offers assistance with researching and distributing to target-specific magazines, newspapers, TV and radio, and Internet writers.

According to Jami Lin, creator of PR-PRomoPRo, “There was a time that I couldn’t afford to hire a publicist so through trial and error, I taught myself how to send and the benefits of publicity.” “It doesn’t matter how great the product or service, we all need to spread our message. New video offers house-selling tips, paying less on your electric bill, and having house feel better in minutes.
Faith Ranoli, host of Heart and Home radio show is interviewed by award-winning author Jami Lin. Ranoli, seasoned home inspector and sought-out educator creates a home sanctuary to embrace new home buyers and also demonstrates three simple ways to neutralize home toxicities.
In a three-part YouTube video, Ranoli, seasoned home inspector, of Heart and Home radio show, and sought-out educator provides tips that sell houses. As part of the first-of-its-kind, International ColorAlchemy Web Conference, Jami Lin, best-selling author asks Ranoli how to harness the emotions of prospective buyers to say YES! Additionally, Ranoli demonstrates three simple ways to neutralize home toxicities, and provides money-saving tips without sacrificing comfort or safety.
Part one introduces benefits of using a new coat of non-toxic paint in a fresh earth color to help make a house feel like home. “Color is alive stimulates positive action and individualism as compared to the monotony of a vanilla, track house.
Part two discusses the emotion of buyers and sellers as the inspiration for smooth and happy negations. “The seller who mentally prepares the home as a sanctuary for the new buyer has a greater chance of closing a deal compared to one that is filled with worry or fear about making the next mortgage payment.” “Feelings linger in an environment and are sensed by all who enter making an unconscious impression.”
Positive environments start with neutralizing negativity and emotional toxicities with a house clearing. Ranoli says, “Experience a house clearing the same way you would a computer reboot or clean install. Everything is still there but there is a fresh start.” “House clearings can be done at any time: They are good for shifting residue from disagreements, releasing unwanted energy, returning a house to calm after the seven-year old’s birthday party, or for just welcoming new opportunities.
Ranoli demonstrates three, quick and easy clearings in part three. To return a house to its natural electro-magnetic balance (that is inherent in the earth and what our bodies naturally are in harmony with), Ranoli reduces the potential for geopathic stress by providing the formula of Epson salts, alcohol and fire neutralize the toxic energies created from all the electrical equipment found in most homes.
If you can’t safely clear by fire, Ranoli shares how clearings can be done with sound frequencies. “Quantum physics suggests that lower frequencies such as toxic energies are dissolved when higher frequencies are introduced.” She demonstrates how using a tuning fork, calibrated with the highest octave of earth’s frequency produces the highest, clearing frequency of sound.
The video ends with clearing techniques from Native American traditions using fire and white sage. “Using smoke from sacred plants or sprays made with organic essential oils alters the chemical composition of unseen energies and neutralized their negative influence.” Because thought creates form, visualizing your intentions of having a receptive house to welcome the intended purpose adds to the strength of the clearing. If thoughts on welcoming a new buyer are believed in the mind, a buyer is more likely to come. When new opportunity is intended, the phone rings. When thoughts are calm and peaceful, home becomes a sacred, feel-good sanctuary.

Video adds good scents to home and office for non-toxic, green cleaning and life-enhancing benefits.
Jami Lin, award-winning author, and Diantha Harris, aromatherapist, discuss the benefits of using essential oils around home and office on YouTube. Learn how essential oils clean and disinfect better than commercial products, how they are non-toxic to people, pets, and the environment, and how they enhance mind, body, and spirit wellness.
The benefits of how using essential oils surpass any commercial product are explained in the new YouTube video and in Jami Lin’s best-selling Essence of Feng Shui book. Watch Jami and author/aromatherapist, Diantha Harris, discuss how essential oils (typically found in heath food stores) are anti-microbial and non-toxic, how they influence positive attitudes, and how they smell delicious!
“Wipe the kitchen counter with lemon or orange essential oil instead of traditional cleaning solutions. Smell nature instead of toxic fumes and eat right off the counter.” “Be eco-responsible and green as essential oils don’t contaminate the environment when they leach into water table as do commercial products…and best of all their fragrance lingers to beneficially influence mind, body, and spirit wellness.”
The use of essential oils is both an art and a science that dates back at least six thousand years. They contain the life force of plants, and almost instantly, get absorbed through the skin or from olfactory systems (starting with the nose).
Every essential oil has green and antibacterial properties as well as benefits to body and mind. Essential oils affect the body in the same way as food. Vegetables and fish are both healthy and are processed in the body the same way; yet, their nutritional and life-enhancing benefits are different.
Each essential oil has unique benefits based upon the plant it comes from and its chemical composition. As they get distributed into vital organs and tissues through the bloodstream, they affect specific body systems and organs.
Here are just a few physical tips using essential oils to assist with physical applications, excerpted from Essence of Feng Shui book. Put a few drops of eucalyptus in a tub of hot water and clear the sinuses. Put a drop of lavender on a mosquito bite and take out the itch. Lavender will help a cut heal faster and even help reduce wrinkles by tightening the skin. Make a compress with peppermint and reduce a headache. Massage cypress or juniper into the skin to reduce cellulite.
Essential oils have a powerful influence on emotions and states of mind. Olfactory nerves connect directly with the body’s limbic system in the brain, which influences memory and emotion. This is why all fragrance has an instantaneous and profound effect.
For a few mental aromatherapy benefits, diffuse some peppermint or rosemary in the office and stimulate focus and concentration. These oils are great to reduce jet lag too. Calm the spirit and inspire restful sleep with lavender or chamomile.
Get started. Simply select an oil by following your nose. Put 9-18 drops in a one-ounce spray bottle…spritz and enjoy! Essential oil life-enhancing and multi-influential benefits are as endless as there are plants from which they come.

“Practicing interior design for more than thirty years and Feng Shui for over twenty years, I’ve always applied these techniques and experienced the benefits through my own environments as well as helped clients in their homes and offices. It is a privilege to start with the land, and with the utmost respect for it, utilize the most evolutionary methods. It is constructed with eight-foot modules that when places together make a circular effect, still leaving plenty of straight walls in which to layout furniture. The number eight represents all aspects pf wealth in Chinese lore. Nine represents completion or reaching goals and the house not only repeats the eights and nines in the number of stairs, the entire structure is tilted nine- degrees of east to maximize Jami’s and her husband’s Feng Shui.
“As we were designing the house, we modeled the numerology and geometry from the Temple of Heaven in China, Leonardo di Vinci’s Vitruvian Man and other many other sacred formulas.” “Also considered were the best functional and life-enhancing aspects of each room according to real Feng Shui formulas that determine the one out of two-thousand, energetic combinations that is specific to the land and the occupants.”
In the two-part video, Renae and Jami discuss the green and natural material used throughout the site, how to determine the colors for rooms as well as the functional space planning and lighting design. There is discussion on why accessories and their need to not be expensive but special to the occupants to hold special symbolism to enhance mind, body, and spirit wellness.

Jami Lin shares VIOLET-color therapy to manifest goals and deepen inner peace.
Summary: Jami Lin shares violet, color therapy secrets to instantly relive anxiety and inspire reaching goals.
Discover color therapy secrets that provide time-tested results for mind, body, and spirit wellness. Award-winning book ColorAlchemy, rooted in Newtonian and quantum science, ancient spiritual and healing traditions, and clinical studies, teaches immediate techniques to harness life-enhancing color and make profound life improvements.
“Color can diagnose personality strengths and weaknesses thereby enhancing personal growth. By focusing on the needed color, life balance is restored and detrimental over-compensations for extra-strong attributes in particular colors are mitigated too,” says Lin
Violet represents the crown chakra, which is located at the top and center of the head. Associated body parts include the central nervous system, brain, skull, and pituitary gland.
People who are weak in the violet color tend to be depressed, worthless, and purposeless. They procrastinate because they are perfectionists and suffer from performance anxiety. They are self-centered and live in extremes to fill the emptiness.
People lacking in violet tend to have problems with spirit and mental health. They are depressed, bored, apathetic, and feel alienated.
Those with too much violet may suffer from disorientation, fear, and confusion, as they are too attached to the spirit world and disconnected to the physical world.
Violet is able to provide a sense of oneness, completion, and connection to the spiritual world in a balanced way. It creates a sense of divinity and bliss. Violet can also propel one toward future goals. It reduces hunger and calms the metabolism. It can relax muscles and has a sedative influence. It can help purify the blood and maintain mineral balance.
Relief can be brought to these areas by breathing in the color violet. With eyes closed, meditate for two minutes on the violet color, or on violet objects, while taking deep breaths. Envision a healing violet ray of light entering the body. Activate the power of violet color by breathing in violet and breathing out yellow.
Use healing hands to touch affected parts of the body while focusing on that indigo color and doing color breathing. Healing hands can be one’s own or those of trusted other person.
Surround in the power of violet by wearing violet clothing, adding a violet pillow or throw, changing a cell phone background or computer screen saver, or using violet dishes at meals and snacks. Store pills and vitamins in violet containers.
Balance an excess of violet by using yellow, which is the complimentary color on the color wheel. Techniques are similar as to when adding violet.
People healthy in the crown chakra are blissful, with no concerns or worries. They have a desire to reach nirvana or heaven. They can transcend maleness and femaleness. They have strong self-respect and dignity.

Award winning author of ColorAlchemy teaches how to immediately reduce stress, strengthen concentration, and produce inner calm with INDIGO therapy.
Jami Lin introduces practical and “at-a-moment’s notice” color therapy. Use Indigo to instantly sharpen concentration, reduce stress, produce inner calm, and entice good sleep.
Jami Lin introduces practical and “at-a-moment’s notice” color therapy. Use Indigo to instantly sharpen concentration, reduce stress, produce inner calm, and entice good sleep.
Indigo represents the sacral third-eye chakra, which is located at the center of the forehead. Associated body parts include the face, eyes, nose, sinuses, ears, center of the forehead, brain, nervous system, and pituitary gland.
“Indigo is a multi-purpose color. Having trouble sleeping, press on the center of your forehead and focus on your breath riding on an indigo wave, and you’ll be asleep in three breaths,” says Lin. “If you are having concentration problems, just gaze at something midnight blue for a minute and your mind will be sharp and you’ll be stress free.”
Color can diagnose personality strengths and weaknesses thereby enhancing personal growth. By focusing on the needed color, life balance is restored and detrimental over-compensations for extra-strong attributes in particular colors are mitigated too.
“Following the sequence and simplicity of a rainbow, linking the essential, seven attributes of all human need and desire is as easy as remembering the days of the week.”
“Integrate ColorAlchemy in the conscious mind by strengthening red attributes such as vitality on Monday. Tuesday, creatively incorporate more orange for pleasure. Command yellow on Wednesday for confidence. Trust green on Thursday for deepening love. Focus on blue on Friday for clarity. Connect with indigo on Saturday for awaking intuition and find inner peace with violet on Sunday for spiritual connection. “Automatically, the 7 Days and 7 Colors easily convert into 7 Triumphs.”
“No professional color therapy required, just apply simple-to-incorporate color habits. By merely thinking about the color of day and its respective attributes, the ultimate goal becomes automatic. The mind instantly calls upon the color attribute that is needed, and with its conditioned benefits, favorably shifts any circumstance.”
People who are weak in the indigo color tend to be rigid in their mental discipline, yet live in a dreamy way, ignoring their intuition. They can be absent-minded, feeling mentally fuzzy, unable to concentrate. They feel insecure about trying to take time for themselves, and uncomfortable about their own feelings.
People lacking in indigo tend to have problems with their head and eyes. They suffer from headaches, eyestrain, blurred vision, and nightmares.
Those with too much indigo may suffer from anxiety attacks and delusions as they are ungrounded in physical reality. They also have difficulty fulfilling their basic personal needs.
Indigo is able to provide a sense of self-awareness, inner vision, and enhance natural psychic powers. It can calm and cool the respiratory system. It reduces swelling and bleeding and can calm an overactive thyroid. It can also shrink tumors, and tone and tighten skin.
Mind, body, and spirit healing can be brought to these areas by breathing in the color indigo. With eyes closed, meditate for two minutes on the indigo color, or on indigo objects, while taking deep breaths. Envision a healing indigo ray of light entering the body. Activate the power of indigo color by breathing in indigo and breathing out orange.
Use healing hands to touch affected parts of the body while focusing on that indigo color and doing color breathing. Healing hands can be one’s own or those of trusted other person. Surround in the power of indigo by wearing indigo clothing, adding an indigo pillow or throw, changing a cell phone background or computer screen saver, or using violet dishes at meals and snacks. Store pills and vitamins in indigo containers.
Balance an excess of indigo by using orange, which is the complimentary color on the color wheel. Techniques are similar as to when adding indigo.
People healthy in the third-eye chakra are peaceful, relaxed, and open. They have a strong sense of their female energy and comfortable without restriction or self-consciousness.

PR-PRomoPRo.com announces service to build consumer confidence through exposure in women’s magazines
PR-PRomoPRo.com uniquely targets media outlets that appeal directly to women’s magazines proving a credible resource and content to its readers. Simplifies and helps to make writer’s or editor’s job easier at the same time.
Women are very shrewd when it comes to digesting material they read in magazines. They prefer to read facts outlined in an article. Educated consumers give more credence to information published in their favorite magazines. Articles filled with juicy and beneficial content have more value and credibility than fancy advertisements. PR-PRomoPRo.com facilitates the connection between businesses and esteemed women’s magazines to promote products and services in a way that speaks clearly to women while making the writer’s or editor’s job easier at the same time.
According to Jami Lin, developer of PR-PromoPRo, “There was a time that I couldn’t afford to hire a publicist so through trial and error, I taught myself how to send press releases and the benefits of publicity.” “It doesn’t matter how great the product or service, we all need to spread our message. I am making publicity accessible to everyone and through its electronic distribution, we are all being ecologically responsible.”
If published in a reputable magazine, it has to be good, is a common belief amongst advertisers, business people, and consumers. Consumers have depended upon magazines for decades for quality, dependable, and trustworthy content. Without hiring a publicist or press agent that costs thousands of dollars a month, how to contact magazine editors and writers as well as to attract them to include your content?
PR-PRomoPRo.com has an inside track to contacts at dozens of women’s favorite publications. Instead of sending introductions to generic email address such as publicity(at)womensmagazine(dot)com, have PR-PRomoPRo.com send it directly to the media contact in charge of that area. Contact Jane Doe, marketing editor, directly with a concise, yet informative press release detailing the products and services and how the reader will benefit.
Make a writer’s job easy! Provide consumer-rich information for the editor to use the content verbatim. With quality content, writers can use the text to speak directly to their readers or be interested enough to request more information. Everybody wins. Magazines get the inside scoop to the benefit of their readers and you spread your message through a credible resource.
When the women’s magazines receive positive feedback on their pieces featuring advertised products and services, they will be more likely to seek out more information and continue to expand upon the original release. They know the importance of maintaining the trust of their readers and strive to do so. Other media outlets may pick up on magazine articles adding to the publicity from one press release. Jami Lin recalls, “Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinel featured my Feng Shui work and the columnist not only won an award for the piece, it was picked up by The Chicago Tribune and many other national newspapers.”
Press releases can also be sent directly to applicable newspapers, TV and radio, and online writers and bloggers providing even more potential publicity. The more outlets reached, the more permanent exposure, all without having to pay for advertising! Free media exposure is the most valuable promotional tool
to generate sales.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist provides powerful video testimony for ColorAlchemy and color therapy
Powerful mind, body, spiritual healing testimonial for ColorAlchemy by licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
David Swindoll has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist for over thirty years. He has found the use of ColorAlchemy and color therapy to be highly beneficial in his mental healing practice.
“As patients experience difficulties, they will use color memory to help them beneficially modify behavior for personal growth. I like that it helps them diagnose and it also gives a way to balance and bring about patterns of change that are permanent,” says David.
He uses ColorAlchemy by asking patients to identify their favorite colors. These indicate an individual’s strengths. Then, by asking them to identify their least favorite colors, he can identify areas that need improvement. For example, a person who dislikes orange may be resistant to change and have a poor sex life. A person disliking yellow may have low self-esteem. Lack of red leads to lethargy. Use of blue leads to a calm focus, and better communication skills.
David applies these concepts to his color therapy program by following Jami Lin’s color of the day. Monday is red, Tuesday is orange, Wednesday is yellow, Thursday is green, Friday is blue, Saturday is indigo, and Sunday is violet. “As they use the color of the day, it will help them be balanced in the color of the rainbow through the week,“ says David. Each day, emphasis is placed on the color, leading to each color’s triumph. Red is vitality, orange is creativity, yellow is power, green is love, blue is focus, indigo is intuition, and violet is bliss. “That practice over 21 days will help them be more attuned and balanced and attract a more positive energy for themselves.”
Bring about change by adding the needed color on an as-needed basis. Balance out the bad with the good, as a sort of internal Feng Shui exercise. Benefits extend into all aspects of life, including physical health and relationships. Use of color can be the equivalent of medicine. As David says, “It’s like taking medicine, in a way, except there is no down side.” Jami Lin adds, “There are no side effects or contraindications. There is an endless supply of color and according to ancient healing practices though quantum, energy and body/mind medicine, it can naturally be called upon when needed.”

Feng Shui Master Jami Lin designs a new home in Mexico from her studio in Venice, Florida
Using the communication of modern technology, Feng Shui master designs a new, custom home in Mexico, from her studio in Venice, Florida.
Feng Shui Interior Design master, Jami Lin, is able to use the communication resources of modern technology to counsel people all around the world. Recently, she helped design a home from scratch, in Mexico, as she worked from her studio in Venice, Florida. Using phone calls, video calls, email, and Skype, Jami was able to consult with her client on a regular basis.
“The most remarkable and fascinating thing, I don’t speak English and Jami doesn’t speak Spanish. We sat with each other via Skype webcam,” says Lupita Herrera. “I was in Mexico, Jami was in Florida, and my daughter translated from Spain.”
Lupita’s family had heard great things about Jami and made a special trip to Miami to get started on the design. Subsequent meetings were all done via modern technology.
Starting from scratch with a very restrictive lot, they worked on the architectural floor plan. The couple has four children, each with their own bedroom. All rooms needed good energy, with each person facing his or her best personal, sleeping directions. Specific lifestyle requirements included a traditional bar for socializing, meditation area, game room for the kids, and a home office.
Using Jami’s Feng Shui expertise, they created other architectural details, such as teasing the eye to capture a glimpse into the next area. As both positive and negative energies exist in every home, they worked to manipulate traditional Mexican colors to maximize their benefits. Natural light in the interior came through via terraced balconies that also allowed green areas on the upper levels.
“Dynamic Feng Shui consultation sessions, lots of questions, bunches of feedback, and a lot of knowledge are common features in our consultations, and they were all done through video conferencing. Three countries, three different time zones, two different languages and none of them were an obstacle to successfully carry out our sessions.”
Jami Lin’s Feng Shui services are unique, as she loves to use modern technology when offering advice. She even provides design, remodeling, and home staging consultations for folks all over the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Its one of my favorite things to do! Its so much fun and people get so much -- even more than if someone, who knows way less, came to their home.
Lupita agrees, At first, I thought long-distance consultations would be a real headache, in fact, almost impossible, but now I realize they were even fun (and home design is often very stressful!). “We got a brilliant architectural floor plan and a new house full of fresh ideas, some of them very elegant, some other very practical and some of them I had not even seen before she suggested them.” The house is now under construction, pictures to follow on Feng-Shui-Interior-Design.
Recent convention in Miami films Jami Lin’s “Mind, Body & Spirit Benefits of ColorAlchemy” and releases it on YouTube
At a recent convention in Miami, best-selling author Jami Lin shares “Mind, Body & Spirit Benefits of ColorAlchemy” is filmed. The presentation is now available on YouTube.
Best-selling author Jami Lin recently attended a convention in Miami to share some of the techniques found in her award-winning book ColorAlchemy. The filmed video presentation is now available to be viewed on YouTube and ColorAlchemy website.
“ColorAlchemy has so many practical applications as color, as the energetic component of light is the primordial substance of life. Quantum scientists are discovering what the ancients instinctually knew, it is the god-particle that exists in everything,” says Jami Lin. “Practical application make profound changes in a person’s life, for example, I take three, deep, color breaths with indigo visualization when I can’t sleep, and I am out by the third breath.”
In the film, Jami explains, ColorAlchemy uses Newtonian principles to turn the human being into a receptor of color to achieve white light or spiritual calm. Sir Isaac Newton first discovered the seven colors of the rainbow when he held up a prism in front of a ray of sunlight. When he placed a second crystal in front of the seven colors, they came back together in a white light. That white light is known as the symbol for the Creator or God or the equivalent all across spiritual traditions.
Jami Lin’s four-week E-course, including book and video presentations, provide a journey along the color spectrum to learn how to absorb the daily colors, and to be able to call upon them in a time of need. As there are seven days and seven colors, to make ColorAlchemy easy to integrate and automatically effective, each day focuses on a particular color. Monday is red, Tuesday is orange, Wednesday is yellow, Thursday is green, Friday is blue, Saturday is indigo, and Sunday is violet. Each color also represents one of the seven triumphs. Red is vitality, orange is creativity, yellow is power, green is love, blue is focus, indigo is intuition, and violet is bliss.
It is intuitive to diagnose personal weaknesses and then use color to strengthen them. Call upon red when feeling tired before that late afternoon meeting. Use yellow when approaching an intimidating situation. Indigo helps calm those feelings of road rage. Blue calms and strengthens communication.
Use the daily colors to assist with business success. Put all deadlines into a particularly colored folder. Outline days of the week and special events on the calendar in the daily color as a reminder. One of Jami’s clients even uses color to help her mother with Alzheimer’s remember to eat, so ColorAlchmey is good for mental health and energy medicine. The practical applications for personal growth are endless and it is so simple to apply.
View Jami’s video presentations on YouTube or through ColorAlchemy.com where there are also complimentary E-books and the innovative International ColorAlchemy Web Conference.
Feng Shui Master launches new YouTube video that integrates Spirit and Science (the God particle) for personal inner peace
Jami Lin's Light of Possibility Video is now available on YouTube. Learn how to integrate Spirit & Science to create inner peace
Internationally renowned master and best-selling author, Jami Lin, shares universal secrets that combine Spirit and Science to maximize personal inner peace in her YouTube video Light of Possibility. Quantum physicists are on a quest to find the God particle or cosmic intelligence. Utilizing scientific elements of color and Feng Shui, the God particle can be found within the human experience.
Jami Lin shares, “Somehow, I always felt connected to this cosmic intelligence -- I believe that we all are connected if we just spend a little time developing awareness we can tap into the God particle within ourselves.” The video helps people recognize that connection begins by daily reflection on one’s happiness and the conscious choice to live a positive life.
Create a special place in the home for meditation purposes. It should be free from clutter and have special object that speak to your vision of perfect happiness. Amplify harmony with moderate light levels: not to bright, nor hidden in the darkness. If a favorite, incorporate scented candles and/or quiet music.
Chinese metaphysics, cross-cultural spiritual traditions, and even the Big Bang theory beautifully describe the creation of the universe. In a nutshell, first there was nothing but the void of darkness, and then there was Light. Spiritual traditions dating back to the ancients all use the symbolism of the White Light for the energy of the Creator. Visualize that White Light of Possibility entering through the head and radiating throughout the body and touch specifically colored items that will be used for the journaling experience. Focus thoughts on the positive aspects of the day and reflect upon methods to transform negative dark aspects back into that positive light. Return the white light and give gratitude for its guidance when the meditation is complete.
Enhance the benefits of Feng Shui by learning how to position furniture and balance color throughout each room in the home. Stay out of the darkness by learning how to eliminate the negative energy and how to harness the positive energy.
Discover how to dress in the Five Chinese elements to create success for each day. Learn how to position the body when sleeping and sitting to maximize potential. Activate the energies with aromatherapy. Find out how accessories can channel the universe and subconscious to share answers to life questions.
Living in darkness is painful and is such a waste when we have a conscious choice to be happy. “Discover the conscious choice of being happy and living in the Light of Possibility video,” it is the root of all self-help and personal growth.

Feng Shui Master Jami Lin discusses the misconceptions and consistency of REAL Feng Shui on Studio 10 TV news
Jami Lin dispels Feng Shui misconceptions and provides life-enhancing solutions with Studio 10 TV news, now available on YouTube.
With so many Feng Shui schools, it is easy to see how people may get confused about what the principles are and how exactly to follow them. Jami Lin, internationally renowned Feng Shui master and author, dispels the misconceptions in a recent interview with Studio 10 TV News and its now available on YouTube.
“REAL Feng Shui is based upon science and mathematical formulas derived from the natural laws,” says Jami Lin. “With over 20 years of Feng Shui consultations, I have learned to integrate the most effective techniques from all schools, and as a designer, to do it in a decorate way.”
When shopping for furniture, customers often are handed thin pamphlets detailing tips for furniture placement and interior design, designed to be universally applicable. Shelves in local bookstores are sagging with an over-abundance of books that focus on one school of thought. REAL Feng Shui is specific and individualized from person-to-person combined with each unique environment. Jami helps determine personal direction and needs on her website with custom programming she calls a Personal Success Map.
One common misconception about Feng Shui is that the feet should never face the door when sleeping. Jami says. “It is more important to find the four good directions for each individual person. As long as the head is facing that direction, feet can point at the door -- just close the door, simple!” Keep the positive energies in the bedroom, and prevent the negative energy from entering the bedroom.
Personalized decoration differs from house to house, based on when the home was purchased and each inhabitant’s personal best directions. Over 2000 different possibilities exist. Use Jami’s specially formulated Bagua maps and online Feng Shui training to discover what will maximize the positive energies based on the direction the house is facing as well as personal direction.
Another common misconception is that the design of the house is one-size-fits-all that is applied once for total happiness. “Jami reminds viewers that Natal Feng Shui, which encompasses personal best directions and colors, is best for decorating the whole house. Then, as nature ebbs and flows throughout the different seasons, so should strategically placed items and accessories.” Moving these seasonally will open up the channels for the positive energy to continue flowing.
Learn more misconceptions by visiting Jami’s website and watching her collection of videos including her PBS, Feng Shui Beautifully, pilot also on YouTube. Allow her to share her wisdom via one of her Feng Shui certification classes and ColorAlchemy. Dispel the rumors and find personal happiness and success.

Award-winning ColorAlchemy author Jami Lin speaks on motivating sales and strengthening brand with color in a blog talk radio presentation.
Award-winning ColorAlchemy author Jami Lin speaks on motivating sales, strengthening brand, and business success with color in a blog talk radio presentation.
Award-winning author Jami Lin knows first-hand how color can motivate sales and strengthen brand recognition through principles applied in ColorAlchemy. She recently gave a blog talk radio presentation sharing some of her tips.
As far bask as Ancient Egypt, color has been used to motivate and attract personal potential. “Newtonian science, Quantum physics, and psychological studies explain how and why using the endless supply of color around your increases performance, helps overcome obstacles, and to experience work as play,” shares Jami.
In her book ColorAlchemy, Jami explains how to harness that ever-present color to recognize personality traits in coworkers and clients, then tailor business practices and products to maximize productivity and bottom line. Simply knowing a coworker or clients favorite and least favorite colors, opens up a world of knowledge that can be used to entice and inspire. According to Carla Pihowich, brand manager of Memorex, “Color is a way for us to create a selling opportunity appealing to consumer’s personal sense of style.” Use color to target a particular demographic.
Jami is also available for presentations to companies to further explore the concepts. Learn how to use red to motivate and energize performance or orange to inspire transformation and expand creativity. Marshal Cohen, chief analyst with market research firm NPD Group says, “Companies realize that using color is a way to add incentive. There’s been a sea of sameness, break away from the pack, do something bold and dramatic. Find the energy to create new, innovative products that stand out in today’s overflowing market.”
Yellow can inspire success and personal power. Motivate sales and success by appealing to consumers desire for strength in these trying times. Use green to deepen professional relationships and to demonstrate compassion and humility for the personal touch many consumers crave.
Blue helps to strengthen communication between the workplace and the consumer. In an uncertain economical climate, clear communication leads to a consumer confidence that can further strengthen brand name through trust. Indigo and violet can do the same within the organization itself.
Jami Lin also teaches how to amplify the use of color through specific Feng Shui techniques that enhance product display and placement in stores and online. Always available via email, phone, and video conferencing using Skype, Jami can teach everything needed for entrepreneurial success.

Rooted in Newtonian and quantum science, ancient spiritual and healing traditions, and clinical studies, color therapy provides time-tested results for mind, body, and spirit wellness. The award-winning book ColorAlchemy, by Jami Lin teaches people how to harness a daily color to make improvements in their lives.
“Following the sequence and simplicity of a rainbow, linking the essential, seven attributes of all human need and desire is as easy as remembering the days of the week.” “No professional color therapy required, just simple-to-incorporate habits. By merely thinking about the color of day and its respective attributes, the ultimate goal becomes automatic. The mind instantly calls upon the color attribute that is needed, and with its conditioned benefits, favorably shifts any circumstance.”
Practicing is ColorAlchemy is easy; integrate color in the conscious mind by strengthening red attributes such as vitality on Monday.
Blue represents the throat chakra, which encompasses the body parts surrounding the throat area and used in speaking. Affected body parts include the Adam’s apple, lungs, vocal cords, throat, jaw, neck, mouth, shoulders, thyroid, and parathyroid.
A lack of blue color indicates a person may feel bottled-up or incapable of expressing oneself. He is unable to be truthful thus creating negativity and loss of potential. Unresolved feelings give way to an inability to clearly communicate thoughts and feelings. He may start to feel depressed and moody and seem to lack emotional depth. The poor self-esteem will show through, and for those listing, they will have trouble understanding what is being said.
Physical manifestations of an imbalance in the throat chakra include sore throat, stiff neck, colds, lung problems, thyroid problems, and other mouth problems. Common physical addictions are to smoking, nasal inhalants, and seeking a runner’s high.
Blue is the color that allows for truth of emotions and feelings to be expressed outwardly, bringing integrity to the spoken words and thoughts. It brings harmony to speech and voice. It allows sharing of creativity and achievement of personal goals. It provides a sense of calm and of relaxed comfort. It allows for focus, dedication, and diligence. It is also beneficial for those who suffer from insomnia or hyperactivity. Blue color cools the body, thus reducing fevers, slowing bleeding, and reducing inflammation. It also can alleviate respiratory ailments such as cold and flu.
Relief can be brought to these areas by breathing in the color blue. With eyes closed, meditate for two minutes on the color blue, or on blue objects, while taking deep breaths. Envision a healing blue ray of light entering your body.
Use healing hands to touch affected parts of the body while focusing on that blue color and practicing color breathing.
Surround in the power of blue by wearing blue clothing, adding a blue pillow or throw, changing a cell phone background or computer screen saver, or using blue dishes at meals and snacks. Store vitamins or pills in blue containers.
Excessive blue brings about frustration and a fanatical nature. The person will talk too much, but not really saying anything. Manipulation occurs as a result of a strong desire for fame and power. On the other hand, too much blue can also lead a prone person to depression. Orange color is the balance for an overabundance for blue. Inhale the orange and exhale the excess blue.
People healthy in the throat chakra tend to be spiritual seekers, thoughtful, and unselfish. They are good communicators, feeling relaxed and calm.

ColorAlchemy presentation at 5th largest Unity Church reveals how YELLOW commands greater personal power
Jami Lin’s recent presentation at Unity Church in St Petersburg, FL had the audience recognizing why very few people enjoy yellow clothes or household objects. There is a need for more self-confidence in today’s “global personality.”
In a recent presentation at the 5th largest Unity Church in the United States, not a hand was raised when award-wining author of ColorAlchemy asked, “Who likes yellow?” Not a hand went up and no one was wearing it. “Yellow is the color for strengthening personal power and commits to greater success in all areas of life,” said Lin as most of the audience slumped in their seats realized this fact within themselves.
With today’s challenges and global, low-confidence, people feel that there is little to have under control and it reduces self-esteem. Yellow inspires confidence and personal power to command greater success in all aspects of life.
Rooted in Newtonian and quantum science, ancient spiritual and healing traditions, and clinical studies, color therapy provides time-tested results for mind, body, and spirit wellness. “Following the sequence and simplicity of a rainbow, linking the essential, seven attributes of all human need and desire is as easy as remembering the days of the week.”
“No professional color therapy required, just simple-to-incorporate habits. By merely thinking about the color of day and its respective attributes, wearing the color, or incorporating it in your environment, the ultimate goal becomes automatic.
Yellow represents the will chakra, which is located in the navel region. Associated body parts include the spinal column, solar plexus, abdomen, middle and lower back, pancreas, liver, spleen, small intestines, digestive system, gall bladder, nervous system, and adrenal glands.
People who are weak in the yellow color do not trust their gut instincts. They feel dominated and misdirected, lacking a sense of personal power and confidence. They feel angry, insecure, and victimized. They long to be the center of attention, often-falling victim to the “drama queen” syndrome. They have unhealthy attachments to physical possessions and don’t know how to let go. Criticism and unconditional adherence to rules take over their lives. They pay attention to details, and may be compulsive cleaners.
Physical manifestations of an imbalance in the will chakra include diabetes, ulcers, hypoglycemia, adrenal dysfunction, arthritis, hepatitis, liver problems, indigestion, and intestinal problems. Common physical additions are to food, caffeine, and bread.
Yellow is able to provide a sense of personal power and confidence. It can provide mental clarity and quick thinking ability. Physically, yellow can improve skin condition including dermatitis. Use caution, as too much yellow can be exhausting or over-stimulating to a hot personality.
Relief can be brought to these areas by breathing in the color yellow. With eyes closed, meditate for two minutes on the color yellow, or on yellow objects, while taking deep breaths. Envision a healing yellow ray of light entering your body. Activate the power of yellow by breathing in violet and breathing out yellow.
Use healing hands to touch affected parts of the body while focusing on that yellow color and practicing color breathing.
Surround in the power of yellow by wearing yellow clothing, adding a yellow pillow or throw, changing a cell phone background or computer screen saver, or using yellow dishes at meals and snacks. Store vitamins or pills in yellow containers.
Excessive yellow brings about a judgmental, domineering, and manipulative nature. Workaholics are an example of people with too much yellow. They also want everything to be exactly the way they want them. Reduce yellow by focusing on violet, which is the complimentary color based on the color wheel. Techniques are similar as to when adding yellow.
People healthy in the will chakra tend to be confident and happy and learn easily. They benefit from overall good health and wellness.

“Green loving receives Thursday. Green increases joy and trust for deeper heart-filled relationships.”

Green represents the heart chakra, which as its name suggests, is located around the heart. Associated body parts include the spinal column, chest, heart, upper back, skin, circulatory system, arms, hands, and thymus gland.
When green color is out of balance, so is life in general. The balance between give and take in relationships is out of proportion, as the person forgets to love herself. She may be incapable of truly both giving and receiving love. Other signs of a lack of green color are possessiveness, neediness, and anxiety. She may be self-sacrificing and have a tendency to portray herself as a martyr. She may also display a lack of emotion, and become obsessed with material possessions.
Physical manifestations of an imbalance in the heart chakra include cardiovascular problems, including heart disease, asthma, high blood pressure, and breast cancer. Common physical addictions are to nicotine and marijuana.
Green is the unifying color as it balances both lower and upper chakras as well as all body function. When the heart chakra is open, one is able to self-heal as well as being a healer to others. Green color brings about feelings of caring, love, trust, compassion, forgiveness, balance, and harmony.
Relief can be brought to these areas by breathing in the color green. With eyes closed, meditate for two minutes on the color green, or on green objects, while taking deep breaths. Envision a healing green ray of light entering your body. Activate the power of green by breathing in violet and breathing out green.
Use healing hands to touch affected parts of the body while focusing on that green color and practicing color breathing.
Surround in the power of green by wearing green clothing, adding a green pillow or throw, changing a cell phone background or computer screen saver, or using green dishes at meals and snacks. Store vitamins or pills in green containers.
Excessive green brings about the jealousy and anger of a martyr complex. It can also cause circulatory problems. An emotional roller coaster can take over, causing the person to focus on taking love and affection without returning the compassionate favor. Blue is the complimentary color for an overabundance for green. Inhale the blue and exhale the excess green.
People healthy in the heart chakra tend to have balanced energy and profound sense of calm. As green is also the color of nature, people will also experience growth and regeneration.

BHS, the association of professional, business owners in Denver, Colorado experienced how red helps motivate business success. “Incorporating a little red in your office motivates getting down to business with a roll-up-your-sleeve attitude,” said Lin. “Start you week with a red mind set and get up and seize opportunity.” “Red strengthens Monday, the get-up-and-go day. Red is the color for greater physical vitality, stamina and strength.”
As Lin presented ColorAlchemy, she suggested that the audience incorporate the other aspects of red to holistically support business through all life aspects. Red represents the root chakra, which is located closest to the ground at the base of the spine. Associated body parts include bones, spinal column, arms, legs, feet, teeth, nails, anus, prostrate and adrenal glands, and the immune system.
People who are weak in the red color tend to have problems with health and concerns about money. They tend to live-in-the-clouds with less security and stability in their lives. A lack of red is also indicated by a lack of common sense, insecurity, and instability, as well as a lack of responsibility or physical vitality.
People lacking in red tend to have problems with their weight, including obesity, anorexia nervosa, and bulimia. They may also find problems with hemorrhoids or constipation, as the red root chakra partially centers on the anus. It is also centered in part on bones and extremities. A lack in red can also be indicated by sciatica, arthritis, and knee problems.
Red brings about warmth to cold areas and can improve circulation. Red color can help heal cancer, heal wounds, and dry up a runny nose. Use red to bring pain relief to warm cool areas or to bring about physical stamina. Beware of using too much red if prone to high blood pressure.
Relief can be brought to these areas by breathing in the color red. With eyes closed, meditate for two minutes on the color red, or on red objects, while taking deep breaths. Envision a healing red ray of light entering your body.
Surround in the power of red by wearing red clothing, adding a red pillow or throw, changing a cell phone background or computer screen saver, or using red dishes at meals and snacks. Store vitamins or pills in red containers.
Excessive red brings about hyperactivity, aggressiveness, impatience, and food addictions. People are also obsessed with material objects, sex, violence, alcohol, and compulsive cleaning. To balance these problems, use green, which is the complimentary color based on the color wheel. Techniques are similar as to when adding red.
People healthy in the root chakra have good survival instincts and adequate physical energy. They feel balanced and stable in their lives. They live in the moment and can get the job done.

Science and Spirit unite through White Light and ColorAlchemy
Universal spiritual traditions and science unite through understanding of light. Using simple associations with the components of light, color, people’s lives are instantaneously improved.
One common unifying theme that runs across the cultures is the concept of a white or Universal light that brings about peace, perfection, and consciousness. Each tradition assigns specific traits to the colors of light, but the fundamental meaning is the same. Science also observes the unifying power of color and white light, as it is the source of all that exists.
Sir Isaac Newton was the first scientist who recognized that white light could be broken up into the seven colors of the rainbow when it passed through a prism.
Edgar Cayce, world-renowned mystic, says, “The colors of the rainbow are radiations from the spiritual realm that form vibratory emanations of color or light. Colors are the shadows of the Creator’s movement, the essence of the physical world, because matter is only spirit or energy condensed in a form which we call matter.”
Jewish Kabbalists believe that light is another word for God and that the light force represents His energetic intelligence. Followers are seen to be the vessel into which the light of God is poured, thus filling them with White Light of which they too become. It is the same energy that turns night into day or Edison’s light filling a room.
Christians believe white represents a pure soul, integrity, and a holy life; therefore, it is the color of their saints. It is the color used during sacred ceremonies such as Baptism, First Communion, and marriage.
Hindus believe white is the color representing pure consciousness and the light and manifestation.
Buddhists believe our true nature consists of pure white light which is the connection to self-mastery and enlightenment. Light is the universal cosmic intelligence.
Celtic, Greek, Druid, and Roman traditions tend to dress their goddesses in white during ceremonies.
Hollywood heroes dress in white, as do brides symbolizing purity at their weddings and medical professionals to symbolize health and cleanliness.
Newton science took color understanding another step and found that when those seven colors passed through a second prism, they were reunited back into that white light.
In Jami Lin’s new, award-winning ColorAlchemy book, she combines these understandings to make using Spiritual Light an accessible tool that everyone can access to improve the quality of their lives. “Without getting into the Newtonian or the Quantum Science of light (said to identify the god particle by splitting the fundamental components of mass with the Large Hadron Collider – LHD), the benefits of color attributes can easily be harnessed.” (According to Joel Achenbach in National Geographic, March 2008. “When atomic nuclei smash together, physicists hope to create states of matter abundant only during the first instants of the universe. One particle they seek is the so-called God particle. It is the missing evidence in a theory that explains a basic characteristic of the universe: how fundamental particles acquire mass.”)
Chaotic lives cause personal white light to be dispersed. Individuals are left lacking in certain colors and are subconsciously searching to have them reunited again. Using ColorAlchemy, people can recapture that spiritual balance.
ColorAlchemy focuses on the seven triumphs of the seven colors, in seven-day cycles. “Each day of the week focuses on one particular, god-particle, color.” As Lin simplifies, “Following the sequence and simplicity of a rainbow, or Newton’s prism, linking the essential, seven attributes of all human need and desire is as easy as remembering the days of the week. Think red-Monday for vitality, orange-Tuesday for pleasure, yellow-Wednesday for confidence, green-Thursday for love, blue-Friday for clarity, indigo-Saturday for focus, and violet-Sunday for spiritual connection. Simple.”
Each day, meditate for two minutes on the color, by visualizing it while taking deep breaths. Instantly, color breathing allows for absorption with that color’s benefit. At the end of the first week, all colors have been absorbed, bringing the inner white light and spirituality one step closer, just like Newton’s prism returning all color to its source: White Light.
Colors can also be called upon in a time of need, through color breathing, or by surrounding oneself with the needed colors. Harness the power of the colors, and feel that sense of white peace take over.
