Your Bagua Map includes three layers of energetic information based upon the earth's magnetic energy (compass direction). When these energies are combined, the Bagua provides a comprehensive and holistic analysis (which allows me to read your life during consultations). These layers are the Best Personal Directions, Life Aspirations (Wealth, Love, Health), and your natal Flying Stars.
By the way, did you know that if you moved in your home between 1984-2048, there is only 1 out of 2048 Personal Success Maps that is customized to you and your home?
The Best Direction layer determines your best directions to sit and sleep as well as the directions to avoid.
If you interested, Personal Directions are calculated by a simple mathematical formula. The formula determines how your personal element (five elements) relates to the element of each compass direction according to the year you were born and the yearly element. All Feng Shui is based upon formulas derived from nature's science.
It is fascinating; I did experiments with children who were having trouble sleeping. As soon as we changed the bed direction, they sleep through the night!
While your Personal Success Map is the most comprehensive analysis, you can start sitting and sleeping in your Best Directions right now.
Add together the last two numbers of the year of your birth.
If the result is 10 or more, add the two digits together to reduce them to a single digit. Subtract that answer from 10. The answer is your Kua number and the numbered chart that you select.
Example: Born: 1954 add 5+4=9, subtract from 10 -9 = 1 You are a "1" and you select the "1" chart!
Exceptions: If you were born on or before February 4, use previous year: subtract 1 from your birth year before you begin your calculations.
For men & boys born after 2000 subtract from "9" instead of "10")
If your answer is 5, use the number 2.
Add together the last two digits of the year of your birth.
If the result is 10 or more, add the two digits together to reduce them to a single digit, and then add 5. If the result is then 10 or more AGAIN, add the two digits together and reduce them to a single number. The answer is your Kua number and the numbered chart you select.
Example: Born: 1962 6+2=8, 8 (+add 5) = 13, 1+3 = 4 You are a "4" and you select the "4" chart!
Exceptions: If you were born on or before February 4, use previous year: subtract 1 from your birth year before you begin your calculations.
For ladies & girls born after 2000 add "+6" instead of "+5"
If your answer is 5, use the number 8
Now that you have your answer, find the chart with your "Kua number" in the center. The red "smiley faces" are your Best Directions (1: is your first best, 2, is your 2nd best, and so on) and the black "unhappy faces" are the Directions to avoid (5, is your first worst, all the way to 8, your worst, worst!)
